Dr. Robin says your body is like the scorecard of your life—it tells you how stressed you've been, how long you've neglected your health and whether or not you've been eating the right foods or getting enough sleep.
More importantly, your body doesn't lie. If your blood pressure or weight keeps climbing, or you have trouble falling asleep at night or waking up in the morning, Dr. Robin says your body may be trying to tell you something. The good news is that you can make up your mind to change the score—consider exercising more, eating the right foods and working less, Dr. Robin says. "You can change the outcome of how you live your life by taking care of your body," she says.
