Law of Attraction and Weight Loss

Michael Losier
When you stand in front of the mirror, are you happy with what you see? According to Michael, you may be telling yourself you are on your way to achieving your perfect body, but unless you actually believe those thoughts to be true, you may find yourself having trouble with weight loss.

The more you focus on gaining weight, the more difficult it will become for you to successfully lose weight, Michael says. If you want different results in your health and body, you need to change the vibrations you send out into the universe by changing your thoughts and words, he says.

Michael says when you stand in front of the mirror and say out loud, 'I have a healthy, slender body,' you probably have a voice in your head that is actually saying, 'That's not true.' Even though you are saying positive words, you're sending negative vibrations out into the universe.

In order to achieve the results you are after, Michael says you must feel those positive thoughts to be true. Michael says the rule is simple: If it feels good to say it, then say it. If you say it and it doesn't feel good, know that you are sending a negative vibration. The law of attraction responds to how you feel about what you say, Michael says.
