Who are you, really? Is someone trying to tell you who you are or what you should be doing? Dr. Robin says it's important to take control of your own identity and explore who you really are rather than letting something or someone else decide for you.
In today's materialistic world, Dr. Robin says it's easy to be swept up by false identities that are determined by things such as how much money we make, the kind of car that we drive or where we went to school. But that does not define who we are, she says.
Explore who you really are as an individual and not how other people define you, Dr. Robin says. "Today is your opportunity to take back what is yours—your genuine core, your authentic identity—that can't ever really be taken," she says.
