Just as sickness serves to keep us separate—believing that our bodies are isolated from our minds—healing joins our minds and bodies together as God intended. This exercise reminds us that when we are healed, we serve others with our healing. Another choice of the mind is the conscious choice of heaven, which we make each day as we choose the Truth.

My mind holds only what I think with God.

When I am healed I am not healed alone.
Heaven is the decision I must make.
