Today you will review two very powerful ideas. The first reminds you to rest in God, in the complete surrender and peace of His spiritual realm. The second reminds you that you are as God created you and no mistakes you have ever made or false beliefs about you can ever change your fundamental and essential nature.

For morning and evening review:

I rest in God.
  • I rest in God today, and let Him work in me and through me, while I rest in Him in quiet and in perfect certainty.
I am as God created me.
  • I am God's Son. Today I lay aside all sick illusions of myself, and let my Father tell me Who I really am.
On the hour:
I rest in God.

On the half hour:
I am as God created me.

Quote of the Day
"If Jesus had yelled from the cross, 'I hate all you guys,' it would have been a completely different story. There would have been no resurrection. What created the space for his triumph was his defenselessness, his holding to love despite what others were doing to him. The body can be destroyed, but truth cannot be. Truth will always reassert itself, given a symbolic three days. Three days represents the time it takes between the crucifixion and the resurrection, between an open-hearted response to hurt and the experience of rebirth that will always follow."
