Today's review section covers two lessons: "God's will for me is perfect happiness" and "I share God's will for happiness for me." Remember to try to spend five minutes meditating on the first sentence earlier in the day and five minutes on the second sentence later in the evening. The first sentence should be called to mind at the top of the hour, and the second sentence at every half hour. By focusing on these sentences, you direct your mind to move away from the emotional habit patterns that generate stress and anxiety.

For morning and evening review:

God's Will for me is perfect happiness.
  • God's Will is perfect happiness for me. And I can suffer but from the belief there is another will apart from His.
I share God's Will for happiness for me.
  • I share my Father's Will for me, His Son. What He has given me is all I want. What He has given me is all there is.
On the hour:
God's Will for me is perfect happiness.

On the half hour:
I share God's Will for happiness for me.

Quote of the Day
"Whom God hath brought together, the ego cannot put asunder."
