You are spirit inside of a physical body, and your spirit is powerful enough, through God, to reach beyond the physical realm. As you grasp the reality that you are spirit, that you are that wave in the ocean connected to every other wave, you understand the power of your spirit and your oneness with God.
 
With this understanding, you can accept your part in God's plan for salvation. You live in light and Truth.


For morning and evening review:

I am spirit.

• I am the Son of God. No body can contain my spirit, nor impose on me a limitation God created not.

I will accept my part in God's plan for salvation.

• What can my function be but to accept the Word of God, Who has created me for what I am and will forever be?

On the hour:
I am spirit.

On the half hour:
I will accept my part in God's plan for salvation.
