After a devastating flood hit Nashville last May, a thriving, self-governed community of nearly 100 homeless people was forced to evacuate its encampment beneath a downtown bridge. Executive-produced by Gabriel Byrne, Tent City U.S.A. follows several of the camp's residents as they vie for a position on Nashville's Homeless Commission council and work to keep their one-of-a-kind community together.
