For Everyone With A Complicated Family History: the untitled Mariel Hemingway documentary

Ernest Hemingway's legacy is one of literary virtuosity but also inner torment: Over four generations, seven members of the Hemingway family have taken their own lives. In this documentary, the author's granddaughter Mariel Hemingway explores her family's tragic past, describes her own battle with depression, revisits the suicide of her sister Margaux, and embarks upon a journey to reconnect with her surviving sister, Joan "Muffet" Hemingway, who has lived in and out of mental institutions since the age of 16.
