Lack of equipment is no excuse for not exercising. If you don't have a reservoir to run around, Karas says, climb stairs. If you don't belong to a gym, do resistance work with elastic tubing, dumbbells or a bottle of water in each hand (start with half-liter bottles). Even if you can't manage a workout, there are plenty of exercises you can fit in on the go.
