Ingredients


  • 1 frozen, peeled banana
  • Optional toppings: cinnamon, shaved dark chocolate, crushed ginger snaps

    Directions


    Break banana in half and place in a food processor or blender. Pulse a few times, then run the machine for a few minutes, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula occasionally. Transfer the frozen puree to a bowl and eat immediately, or let it set in the freezer for 15 minutes, until it's scoopable.
