To start, try highlighting powder, says makeup artist Mally Roncal: "This illuminates all your features, giving your entire face a lift." For a sculpted, luminous face, Roncal uses a one-inch eyeshadow brush to sweep a champagne-colored powder across the cheekbones, blending upward toward the ears.
