Arianna admits she hasn't always been fearless when it comes to money. "I've had a deep insecurity around money, ever since I was a little girl," Arianna says.
Having since overcome her own financial fears, Arianna shares her advice with others. For example, she offers insight about negotiating for a raise, explaining that women incorrectly view it as a fear-filled experience because they think they are supposed to be nice, accommodating and team players at all times. "It's so ingrained in us," she says. "If your husband has a job, and you also have a salary, there is an idea that you need to settle and be grateful."
