Inside Oprah's Office
Nate Berkus and Oprah
Interior decorator Nate Berkus spent his summer agonizing over his toughest project yet: redecorating Oprah's office! If you think her office is huge...wait until you see her closet!

Go inside Oprah's new and improved work space!

More Behind-the-Scenes Information:
Julie Morgenstern, author of Organizing from the Inside Out , helped Nate keep Oprah's belongings organized and easily retrievable while in storage. How'd she do it?
  • Julie divided the room and its contents into zones: bookshelves, picture frames, desk contents, etc. Each zone was given a different colored sticker.
  • Before anything was packed, Julie took two photos. Every box was labeled with a zone sticker and picture of what was inside.
  • The second photo went into a "catalogue": a binder to keep track of what you have and where it is!
