- Stake Your Turf: In large undefined areas (like lofts), add color to transitional walls to help the living room look like the living room, the dining room look like the dining room...and so forth.
- Max it Out: In any small space, get the most out of every piece. Glass bookshelves between the bedroom and living room can house books and storage, and also help to better define each area! Also, think about putting your TV or electronics on pieces that double as storage units.
- Make it Natural: If you've got a unique piece that is enhanced by natural light, position it in front of or near a window to bring extra warmth to any intimate space.
