Marian McEvoy's glue gun makeovers
 


Armed with a glue gun, design journalist Marian McEvoy transformed her house and we're stuck on the result! The former editor in chief of Elle Decor and House Beautiful magazines, Marian was already a veteran do-it-yourselfer when a painter friend introduced her to a pistol-shaped dispenser that costs about $20 and makes messy, time-consuming, and expensive projects suddenly tidy, quick, and economical. Marian never looked back!

Marian McEvoy's new book, Glue Gun Decor: How to Dress Up Your Home—from Pillows and Curtains to Sofas and Lampshades, will be published in May 2005.
