PHASE Four: Securing a Life of Health and Emotional Well-being
Congratulations on reaching the final phase of Get with the Program: Phase Four! It's time to bring everything you've learned together. You need to focus on getting strong, fine-tuning your eating habits, and preparing yourself for an active and healthy lifestyle that lasts the rest of your life.

Getting Started: Add strength training to your exercise program, cut the fat from your diet, and limit sugars and bad carbs.
Build on Your Success: Step up your exercise and water intake while continuing to limit your alcohol consumption.
Stay Motivated: Weekly journaling questions and ongoing support groups.
