Phase Two: Revving up your Metabolism
Congratulations on reaching Phase Two! In this phase, you're going to start revving up your metabolism by beginning aerobic exercise and reducing your intake of alcohol. You will continue to build on what you learned in Phase One.

Your progress should be at your own pace—don't rush through this phase. There's a wide window for people to accomplish these goals. Remember, everyone sees results at different times!

Getting Started: Find out what types of exercises you should do, and how to exercise in "the zone," drink more water and reduce your alcohol intake.
Stay with the Program: Weekly journaling questions and ongoing support groups.
