"There are two vitamins that really are as good as tomatoes and should have a country named after them," Dr. Roizen says. "They are folate, which decreases arterial aging, decreases blood pressure and decreases cancer rate. [It will say] either folate or folic, they're the same, and you want 800 micrograms a day.
