Afternoon SnackEvery day between 3:30 and 4 p.m., Oprah knows she will be ravenous. What simple snack gets her through these cravings? She has a cup of green tea, a handful of almonds and slices of apple and Parmesan cheese. "Usually people are looking for some kind of texture with their snacks," Bob Greene explains.
