Servings: Serves 6
Ingredients
  • 3 medium crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 lime , juiced
  • 1/2 lemon , juiced
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Pepper to taste
  • 6 chicken breast halves
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for chicken in a large bowl. Season with pepper. Marinate chicken in liquid several hours or overnight (refrigerated).

Bring to room temperature before charcoal-broiling.

Grill chicken until cooked through. Serve.
