Day One
Breakfast- 1/4 cup cottage cheese topped with 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 oz. smoked salmon or lox
- 1/4 cup slow cooked oatmeal
- 1/4 pink or red grapefruit
- 8 oz. green tea or water
Supplements- Daily supplement regimen
- 2 high quality Norwegian Fish Oil capsules
Lunch- 6 oz. grilled Turkey Burger
- 1 cup tossed green salad dressed with 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil and juice of 1/4 lemon
- 2-inch wedge of cantaloupe
- 8 oz. water

Snack- 2 oz. sliced chicken or turkey breast
- 3 almonds
- 1 medium apple
- 8 oz. water
Dinner- Grilled Trout
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
- 8 oz. water
Bedtime- 6 oz. plain yogurt
- 1 small pear
- 3 almonds
- 8 oz. water
