When Janene is nervous about taking the challenge, Dr. Grayson reminds her that devotion to keeping things in order is ruining her life. "Let's say the most valuable item in your luggage is lost. Is that item more valuable than the years you've lost to OCD?"

"Don't do that," Janene says. "Will I get it back?"

"You just have to tell me whether you love things more than your children," he says.

"I love my children more," Janene says. She lets April touch the things in her bags.
