Dr. Daniel Seidman
Dr. Seidman is a member of the Columbia University Behavioral Medicine Faculty and a practicing psychotherapist. He is assistant clinical professor of Medical Psychology at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. His practice includes adults and older adolescents, and he has extensive experience with addiction and psychotherapy.
Dr. Seidman is co-editor and a contributing author to the book Helping the Hard-Core Smoker: A Clinician's Guide.
His research interests include developing innovative approaches to assist underserved and highly addicted smokers. He is also currently a consultant at the Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center at Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Seidman has a Ph.D from Columbia University in Clinical Psychology.
