Julie Hadden was the runner-up on Season 4 of The Biggest Loser after losing 97 pounds. Julie says her struggle was not with gaining or losing weight—it was with maintaining her ideal weight. As a mother of two, Julie says it's difficult to find time for herself...let alone time to work out. Instead of hitting the gym, Julie works out when she is with her 6-year-old son, Noah, at the playground. "I can actually get a workout in—a real workout. And I don't have to pay for any of this equipment. It's free," Julie says. "This is perfect for me. I can do a million different things all in one place, and I don't have to have a babysitter to watch my kids at the same time." Related Resources
