Matt Hoover was the winner of The Biggest Loser in Season 2. He lost 157 pounds, but admits he's been struggling with his weight and self-image since the finale. "Losing the weight was easy. The mental part of changing my image of myself—I essentially became a fat person in a skinny body, and I didn't deal with those issues, so I go back and forth," Matt says. "But the tools I learned on The Biggest Loser have carried into my life, so I'm never going to be 339 pounds again." Related Resources
