Matt Hoover was the winner of The Biggest Loser in Season 2. He lost 157 pounds, but admits he's been struggling with his weight and self-image since the finale. "Losing the weight was easy. The mental part of changing my image of myself—I essentially became a fat person in a skinny body, and I didn't deal with those issues, so I go back and forth," Matt says. "But the tools I learned on The Biggest Loser have carried into my life, so I'm never going to be 339 pounds again."

After the show ended, Matt got married and now has two children. When he thinks about his children's future, Matt says he does not want them to struggle with their weight. "That means stepping up as a father and being the right role model," he says.
