3 Yoga Postures That Can Lengthen the Life of Your JointsAll you need is some patience.

Beginning YinYin expert Sarah Powers offers this sample series, and suggests that you start by holding each pose for one to three minutes. Come out slowly on an inhalation and rest for a minute in a neutral position before moving on. As the postures get easier, you can gradually extend the time you hold them.
