"You have to move so that your body makes its own hormones that make you feel better," Dr. Schwartz says. However, if you exercise and do not feel emotionally or physically better afterward, Dr. Schwartz says you should stop and talk to your doctor about dietary changes and conventional or alternative hormone therapies to help balance your hormones.
