Phase Four

Phase Four: Wasted. If you've had seven or more drinks, now you're BAC is more than twice the legal limit. Women will be groggy and only semi alert in this stage and may even fall asleep or pass out.

The average woman metabolizes alcohol at the rate of about one drink per hour. Drinking coffee, exercising or taking a cold shower will not help a person sober up, only time will!
