Chocolate Covered Jumbo Macadamia Nuts
Consider these the Rolls-Royce of malt balls: Hawaiian macadamia nuts are roasted, caramelized, coated in both milk and dark Valrhona chocolate and crunchy crepe crumbs, then rolled in fine chocolate powder. Created by star chef Thomas Keller of the French Laundry; they're almost too wondrous to eat.
