With Amber's kidneys failing, her whole family overweight and a house filled with clutter, Peter stages an intervention. He starts with a "Fat Tour" of their home and asks Amber how she feels when she walks through her front door. "I'm exhausted the moment I come home," Amber says. "When I walk in I see all of the clutter, all of the stuff. I feel heavy."
