Toasted Ladyfingers with Chocolate Syrup

Ladyfingers and chocolate
Melted chocolate, toasted ladyfingers—your own personal fondue.

Ingredients:
Makes 4 servings

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier , if desired
  • 16 ladyfingers
  • Confectioners' sugar
In a microwave, melt chocolate chips as directed on the package. Spike with Grand Marnier, if desired, and stir. Sprinkle 16 ladyfingers with confectioners' sugar. Place them on a broiler tray and toast them until they just start to brown. Remove and serve the ladyfingers on a platter along with the chocolate syrup in a low bowl, or serve the chocolate syrup in 4 small glasses with 4 ladyfingers dipped in each glass.
