This Halloween cocktail is a bit gory thanks to a gummy eyeball garnish! Enjoy while in the company of witches, ghosts and goblins.
Servings: Makes 1
- 1 1/2 ounces citrus rum
- 1/2 ounce Midori
- 1 1/2 ounces limeade
Shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an edible gummy eyeball on a cocktail pick.
