- 4 cups winter red oak leaf lettuce (or similar red leaf lettuce)
- 1 pear , sliced and unpeeled
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine winter red oak leaf lettuce or similar red leaf lettuce with the sliced pear. Toss the greens with sherry vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
