Winter Red Oak Leaf Lettuce and Pear Salad with Sherry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Directions
Combine winter red oak leaf lettuce or similar red leaf lettuce with the sliced pear. Toss the greens with sherry vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
