Ingredients 1 pot roast , cubed and browned6 medium potatoes , peeled and cubed5 carrots , peeled and roughly chopped1 medium onion , diced2 cans mixed veggies1 can corn1 can green beans2 cans diced tomatoes1 64-ounce V8 juice1 teaspoon celery seed2 tablespoons minced garlic1 small head shredded cabbage2 tablespoons chicken bouillon1 tablespoon white vinegar1 tablespoon Italian seasoning2 cups waterSalt and pepper to taste
In a huge stew pot, brown meat. After meat is browned, sauté onions. Toss in the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for about an hour. Enjoy!
