- 1 pound vegetarian pepper beef chunks
- 2 cups teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup vegetarian stir-fry sauce
- 2 cups chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Sauté vegetarian pepper beef chunks with garlic, onion and olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour teriyaki sauce and vegetarian stir-fry sauce over sautéed vegetarian beef. Skew vegetarian beef on 6-inch bamboo skewer. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes on both sides.
