Combine a half-cup plain Greek yogurt with 1 1/2 Tbsp. smoked salmon, a squirt of lemon juice, 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch each of salt, pepper and fresh dill. Eat with a spoon or with bagel chips.
