With a biodynamic garden just up the hill,
Ubuntu restaurant takes "locally sourced" to a new level. The 45 crops grown there—completely through organic and sustainable farming methods—not only supply the restaurant with nearly everything needed to put dinner on the table, but are the source of inspiration behind every dish created by chefs Jeremy and Deanie Fox.
