Ingredients 5 to 6 egg whites4 ounces lean ground turkey1/4 cup chopped onions1/4 cup chopped green peppersTomato1 tablespoon olive oilSaltPepper
In a pan, sauté chopped onions and green peppers on low heat. Add ground turkey and continue to cook on medium until brown. Drain excess oil, leaving the pan slightly moist. Add egg whites and scramble all of the ingredients until the eggs are fully cooked. Serve and enjoy with a dash of salt and pepper, 2 tomato slices and some ketchup, if desired.
