- Ground turkey or store-bought turkey patty
- 1 egg (if you do not use store-bought turkey patty)
- Relish or pickle
- Whole wheat bun
Use one store-bought lean turkey patty, or make your own patty by mixing together 1/4-pound lean ground turkey and egg white. Grill onions and turkey patty on a grill or panfry and drain excess oil. Place turkey patty on a whole wheat bun and garnish with grilled onions, lettuce, ketchup, relish or pickle, and mustard.
