Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • Tomato
  • 4 to 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 piece whole wheat bread
  • 1 tablespoon all fruit or low-sugar jam
Directions
Place the turkey bacon in a pan and fry to your own liking. Heat olive oil in pan on medium temperature. Scramble 2 egg whites and one whole egg to your liking. Toast whole wheat bread and add all fruit or low-sugar jam. Slice half of a tomato and put it on your plate. Place all of the cooked items on your plate and enjoy.
