Try this delicious recipe!
Servings: Serves 1
- Can of tuna packed in water
- 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise or 1 tablespoon fat-free plain yogurt or 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 pieces Romaine lettuce
- 1 whole wheat pita or 2 slices whole wheat bread
In a small bowl place drained tuna and mix with the fat-free mayo, fat-free yogurt or oil-and-vinegar mixture. Place the mixed tuna on the bread or pita. Garnish the sandwich with the tomato slices and lettuce.
