Tuna Salad

Servings: Serves 1
Ingredients
  • Can of tuna packed in water
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise or 1 tablespoon fat-free plain yogurt (optional)
  • 2 to 3 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • Pepper
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, mix drained tuna and fat-free mayo or fat-free plain yogurt. Wash and tear lettuce and place in another medium-sized bowl. Add diced tomatoes and tuna to the washed lettuce. Sprinkle red wine vinegar and olive oil over the salad. Dash pepper over the salad and enjoy.
