Ingredients Can of tuna packed in water1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise or 1 tablespoon fat-free plain yogurt (optional)2 to 3 cups Romaine lettuce1/2 cup diced tomatoes1 tablespoon oil1/4 cup red wine vinegarPepper
In a medium-sized bowl, mix drained tuna and fat-free mayo or fat-free plain yogurt. Wash and tear lettuce and place in another medium-sized bowl. Add diced tomatoes and tuna to the washed lettuce. Sprinkle red wine vinegar and olive oil over the salad. Dash pepper over the salad and enjoy.
