The Best Spiced Nuts Ever Recipe

, uses pecans to make this savory snack.
Makes 1 pound
1 pound pecans
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. finely grated orange rind
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. Japanese curry powder
Preheat oven to 250°.
Stir together egg white and water in a large bowl, then pecans and stir until they are well coated.
Combine all dry ingredients and orange rind in a large zip-top bag.
Place wet pecans in bag, seal and shake until all pecans are completely coated.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and disperse covered nuts onto them.
Bake pecans for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, stir and spread out on pan again.
Turn off oven, place pecans back in the oven and crack oven door.
Let stand in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until they are crisp.
