Makes 1/2 cup


  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallot
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped tarragon


Total time: 5 minutes

In a small bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, shallot, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Brush onto grilled chicken as it comes off the grill, and scatter tarragon over the top.
