This paint is best applied to chicken after it's been cooked, and gets and extra kick from sprinkled herbs.
Makes 1/2 cup
Directions
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallot
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped tarragon
Ingredients
Total time: 5 minutes
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, shallot, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Brush onto grilled chicken as it comes off the
grill, and scatter tarragon over the top.
