Barbecue expert Adam Perry Lang shares his recipe for a cool, refreshing drink…the perfect complement to sweet potatoes
and pork shoulder
- 1 gallon water
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 bags tea , English Breakfast or your favorite herbal tea
Bring water just to boil. Drop in tea bags. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Remove bags.
Stir in sugar. Place a sprig of mint in a mason jar, and pour hot or cold tea over. Cover and chill.
