Place strawberries in the center of the jar to hold outer display strawberries. Place 10 rosemary sprigs throughout infusion. Repeat process until jar is full. The final layer of strawberries should be facing up toward the lid of the jar. Make sure layers are tight. Fill gently with citrus vodka. Let rest for 7 days at room temperature. Strain liquid back into vodka bottle and store in fridge. Discard used fruit. Enjoy!
To serve: Fill shaker full of ice with 3 ounces of infusion liquid. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig. This infusion is also a delicious addition to lemonade.
