- 2 pounds flank steak
- 8 ounces chive and onion cream cheese , softened
- 2 scallions , minced
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Toasted French bread crostini
Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, scallions, horseradish, garlic powder and salt in a medium bowl.
Spread spoonful of cream cheese mixture generously onto each bread round. Top with sliced steak.
