Spice up your salmon with this recipe created by the women of the 20 Years Younger Challenge with the help of fitness expert Bob Greene.

To make salmon: Prep salmon fillet with the juice of half an orange and half a lime. Slice the other half for garnish.
Place salmon in a hot pan with extra-virgin olive oil. Cook until golden on each side. To make spicy salsa: Finely chop ingredients and mix together. Make with 2 minutes left before serving. Add salt. To serve: Top salmon with spicy salsa and sliced avocado; serve immediately.
